I think that one of the most important invention of the recent time has been the means of transport. An entire life living in to the city and moving through them, has meant a research for the most quickly form of transportation. In the past, the invention of the ships approached people that live in other continents. Today, we can get it the same with the use of airplanes, cars, or trains, even in lees time. The massification of the means of transport has an explosive arisen in the industrial revolution, with the invention of the train and the improvement of the technology in that era. Today, the use of the train is habitual. People use it every day. Like me, I have to arrive to the university 5 days per week, and travel so much distance from my home, in Puente Alto. If I don’t have this method of transport, I really think it would be so much difficult arrive to anywhere. When I was a child I liked to do so many things, specially sports. I really liked to play basketball. It’s so funny, but I elected Architecture a few weeks before the university postulation was closed. In 2017, I’m still at the school and I have so many ideas in my mind, a lot of possibilities so what I want for my future. In facts, at the beginning of that year, I’m really interested in the health area, most specifically in kinesiology, but at the same time I liked the artistic area. Then I didn’t know what to do with my life. I talked with a kinesiologist and she disappointed me about this career. In the end, my love for the arts won this trouble. The combination that offer the Architecture with arts, finally convinced me, and I feel satisfied by my election. For the moment, the odyssey at the university has been a good experience. I learned a lot in the different areas that involve the career.

My name is Tian Villagrán Lay, I was born on September 21th, 1999 in Santiago, Chile. Actually I'm at the university and I study architecture at the Universidad de Chile, in Santiago. At the moment I liked my election. At home I lived with my parents and my sister. She is only 14 years old and she still at the school. Her name is Xiumei. And now a little of me. I’m in love with the art, any expression of art. Music, paint, photography, poetry, graffiti, muralism, etcetera. I’m really enjoying when the people do his art. When someone sings or when anybody play an instrument, or when I read poems from a friend. It is so exciting. But what’s about me? It’s funny, I’m not a great artist and I’m not a great painter and definitely I don’t sing well, but I like the art. Sometimes I try to do it, but I’m not so good yet. I think one day I will do my own art and the people will see it in the streets of the city.
